Terms of Service | JG Junk Removal

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by J&G Junk Removal LLC, doing business as JG Junk Removal.

ESTIMATES AND PRICING

Estimates are based on the information, descriptions and photos provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual amount, size, weight, condition, location or type of material differs from what was originally described. Additional labor, stairs, difficult access or disposal fees may also affect pricing.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer confirms that they own the items being removed or have permission to authorize their removal. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the items and clearly identify anything that should remain.

PROHIBITED MATERIALS

We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, fuel, wet paint, explosives, medical waste, asbestos or other regulated substances. Contact us before service if you are unsure whether an item can be accepted.

PAYMENT

Payment is due as agreed when services are scheduled or completed. Additional items or work not included in the original estimate may require updated pricing.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule service because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, equipment issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By providing your contact information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your estimate, appointment and requested services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.
