Clearing out a parent's house isn't like hauling off a couch. There are things to keep, things for family, and a lot that simply has to go. It's the two of us on every job, so you deal with the same two people from the first text to the last load.

Set aside what you know you're keeping, or point it out to us.
Live out of town? Text photos of each room for a price.

Estate & full house questions.

Do we need to decide what to keep first?

It helps, but it doesn't all have to be settled before we arrive. Set aside what you know you're keeping, mark a room or a corner as off limits, or walk us through it when we get there. Everything else goes in our trailer.

Can you quote it if we live out of town?

Yes. Text photos of each room, plus the garage, shed and yard if they're part of it, to (629) 291-1231, and we'll text back a price. You can also send up to five photos through the quote form on our free quote page.

Do you clear the garage, shed and yard too?

Yes, inside and out. Closets, kitchen cabinets, the garage, the shed, the porch and the yard can all be part of the same cleanout. Include each area in your photos so the price covers the whole property, not just the rooms.

Can't the city just pick it up?

Not always. In Lebanon, for example, the city's spring cleanup doesn't accept waste from vacant properties, and it caps a load at about what fits in an average pickup truck. A full house is a lot more than one pickup truck.

How soon can you start?

We respond within the hour, day or night, and same-day pickup happens when the schedule allows. If the house is listed or a closing date is set, tell us the date it needs to be empty so we can plan the cleanout around it.

Will you take the furniture and appliances?

Yes. Couches, bedroom sets, mattresses, tables and chairs, and appliances like fridges, washers and dryers are all on our list. We carry them out of the house ourselves, so nobody in the family has to lift a thing.

Who will be in the house?

Just Josh and Gabby, the two owners. We do every job ourselves, so the people walking through the home are the same two people you've been texting with. J&G Junk Removal LLC is licensed and insured.

Is there a minimum?

No minimum charge. If the family has already cleared most of the house and just a few rooms or the garage are left, that counts. Text photos of what's still there, and we'll price exactly that.
