The stairs are the job

In a garage, the junk sits a few steps from the trailer. In a basement or attic, every box climbs a flight of stairs or comes down a ladder first. That carrying is the work, and it's the two of us doing it. When you text, tell us:

How many steps there are, and how tight the turns are
Whether the basement has an outside door
Pull-down attic stairs, or just a ceiling hatch
Roughly how much is down there or up there
Anything heavy, like a couch, dresser or weight bench

Basement & attic questions.

Do I have to bring everything up from the basement first?

No. Leave it where it is. We carry every box and piece of furniture up the stairs and out to the trailer ourselves. If the basement has an outside door, tell us when you text, because it can make the carry a lot shorter.

Can you get things down from the attic?

Yes. Tell us whether it's pull-down stairs or a ceiling hatch, and roughly how much is up there. We bring it down, carry it out and load it into our dump trailer, so nobody in the family has to climb up there.

Do I need to sort it before you come?

No. Pull out what you're keeping, or set it in one spot and show us when we get there. Everything else goes. If you spot something mid-job that you want to keep after all, just say so before it goes in the trailer.

Is there a minimum?

There's no minimum charge. A few boxes from the attic or one old couch from the basement counts as a job. Text a photo of what's going to (629) 291-1231, and we'll text back a price for exactly that.

How do I get a price?

Text photos to (629) 291-1231: the pile itself, and the stairs or ladder it has to come up or down. We text back a price. You can also send up to five photos through the quote form on our free quote page.

How fast do you respond?

We respond within the hour, day or night, and calls and texts are answered 24 hours a day. Same-day pickup happens when the schedule allows, and 24-hour emergency pickup is there if the house has to be cleared fast.

Who will be in my house?

Josh and Gabby, the two owners. We do every job ourselves, so there's no crew of strangers walking through your home, just the two people you've been texting with. J&G Junk Removal LLC is licensed and insured.

How far do you go?

We're based in Mount Juliet and work about an hour in every direction. Nashville, Hermitage, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Brentwood and Franklin are all in range, and so is Dickson, out west. Text your town with the photos.
