Madison runs from Briley Parkway up to the Hendersonville line in the RiverGate area. Gallatin Pike carries it north to south and Old Hickory Boulevard east to west.
Metro calls it mostly homes, in rural, suburban and urban neighborhoods, and its plan lists Lower Neely's Bend as rural. Near Amqui Station or out in the bend, we bring the trailer and do the lifting.

- Anderson Lane, Madison's own Metro drop-off, accepts no trailers or cargo vans.
- Anderson isn't listed for mattresses, tires or electronics. East takes all three.
- Bags set beside the cart stay there. Metro takes only what's inside.
- At every Metro center, you unload your own load.

Can I take a trailer load to the Anderson Lane center?
No. Metro's fee table notes that Anderson Lane, the center in Madison, accepts no cargo vans or trailers. It also isn't listed for mattresses, tires or electronics, so those go to the East center on Doctor Richard G. Adams Drive, where you unload them yourself. We bring our own trailer.
Will Metro take the bags I set next to my cart?
No. Metro's trash page says items placed outside the carts won't be picked up. If extra bags, boxes and broken furniture keep piling up after a cleanout, text us a photo of the pile. There's no minimum charge, so a few bags and one chair count.
Do you cover the RiverGate area and Neely's Bend?
Yes, the whole stretch from Briley Parkway to the RiverGate area, Neely's Bend included. Madison is 22 to 40 minutes from our base in Mount Juliet on a weekday. Same-day pickup happens when the schedule allows. Call or text (629) 291-1231 and we respond within the hour, day or night.
